ICAR - International Commission for Alpine Rescue

The International Commission for Alpine Rescue (ICAR) is an international group of member countries dedicated to excellence in alpine search and rescue.  Every year members meet to discuss best practices in alpine search and rescue and mountain safety and prevention programs.
